Each of our games may have additional specific disclosures where applicable. This general policy governs all products unless a product-specific policy is provided.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you use any of our games or applications, the following information may be collected automatically through our games or our third-party service providers:
- Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / AAID), screen resolution, and device language.

- Technical and Log Data: IP address, app crashes, error logs, performance data, and diagnostic information used to improve stability.
- Network Information: Type of internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and general network information.
- Advertising Data: Data collected by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) to serve and measure advertisements. This may include your Android Advertising ID and general interest categories.
3.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
The Alphaz does NOT collect the following types of information through our games:
- Your real name, email address, or phone number
- Precise location data or GPS coordinates
- Payment or financial information
- Data from your device’s contact list or address book
- Photos, videos, or other media stored on your device
- Microphone, camera, or biometric data
- Sensitive personal information of any kind
4. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through our games is used for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve our games and ensure they function correctly on your device
- To display advertisements through third-party advertising networks (see Section 5)
- To analyze gameplay patterns, fix bugs, and enhance user experience across all our products
- To prevent cheating, fraud, or misuse of our games
- To measure the performance and reach of advertising campaigns
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights and safety of our users
5. Third-Party Advertising — Google AdMob
Our games use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. This helps us keep our games free for users.
Through AdMob, Google may collect and use the following to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:
- Your Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable identifier used for ad targeting and measurement
- General device information and app usage data
- Software Development Kits (SDKs) installed on your device to facilitate ad delivery
Google’s Privacy Policy: Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy, available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
5.1 Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the following methods:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Visit Google Ad Settings: https://www.google.com/settings/ads
- Reset your Android Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings at any time
Opting out means ads will no longer be personalized to your interests. You will still see ads, but they will be generic rather than targeted.
5.2 Other Third-Party Services
In addition to AdMob, some of our games may integrate other third-party services such as analytics tools or crash reporting services. Any such integrations will be disclosed in the relevant game’s specific privacy disclosures or updated in this policy. All third-party service providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Children’s Privacy
Important Notice: Our games are intended for users aged 13 and above (or 17+ where applicable based on content rating). We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided personal information to us or through our games, please contact us immediately using the contact details in Section 11. We will take prompt action to delete such information from our records.
In compliance with COPPA and applicable regulations, we do not serve personalized advertisements to users known to be under the age of 13.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Alphaz does not sell your personal information to any third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Advertising Partners: We share necessary data with Google (AdMob) solely for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements within our games, as described in Section 5.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Alphaz, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change through updated policy notices.
- With Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have explicitly consented to such sharing.
8. Data Storage and Retention
Most of the data generated by our games is stored locally on your device (such as game progress and settings saved via Unity’s PlayerPrefs or similar local storage mechanisms). This data is not transmitted to The Alphaz’s servers.
Data collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is retained according to those services’ own data retention policies.
We retain any data we hold only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.
You can delete locally stored game data at any time via: Settings → Apps → [Game Name] → Clear Data on your Android device.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Minimal data collection — we only collect what is strictly necessary
- Use of established, trusted third-party services with their own security standards
- Regular review of our data practices and security measures
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. We encourage you to keep your device’s operating system and our apps updated to benefit from the latest security improvements.
